Eligibility:

• The free prize draw is open to residents of UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Jo Malone and any other company from which this free prize draw originates and any of their affiliate companies, their families, cohabitants, agents and anyone connected to the promotion.
• No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, ineligible, corrupted, lost, delayed, unable to be sent because of any technical or other reason, or for any charges made by the sender's network for repeat entries. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
• No purchase is necessary
• Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the entry site as described below. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other Internet website or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial competitions, subscription, notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified from this draw. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
• Only fully completed entry forms will be accepted.
• A limit of only one entry via per valid e-mail address/person will be accepted.

To enter free prize draw:

• To enter, complete the entry form in full. You will be asked to provide your name and email address. Entry to the free prize draw will be automatic upon submission of the entry form by clicking the button “Submit” at http://www.jomalone.co.uk/site.nsf/kohdo_wood/prize_draw?openform.
• The start date to the promotion is 30 March 2009.
• Closing date: All entries must be received by 11.59pm on 30 June 2009.
• Entry to the free prize draw will be automatic upon Jo Malone’s receipt of completed entry forms which are received before the closing date.

Prize:

• Ten lucky winners will each receive The Kohdo Wood Collection. The products will be sent out by Jo Malone to the 10 winners. Each gift bag contains:

• Each of the ten prizes are as stated, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Winner Selection:

• The draw will be carried out on 7 July 2009 under the supervision of an independent observer.
• The ten prize winners will be the first ten entries drawn at random from all valid, completed entries.
• The ten prize winners will be notified by the Jo Malone Customer Services Team via email within 28 days of the prize draw.
• If the prize winners do not respond to the email sent out to them within one month of the date of the email, the prize will be reallocated.
• The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

General:

• By entering the free prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that their names and counties of residence may be released if they win a prize. They also agree to participate in any post-event publicity.
• The ten prize winners’ names and counties of residence can be obtained by sending an SAE, clearly marked with The Kohdo Wood Prize Draw, within 14 days following the free prize draw to the Internet Administrator at the address of Jo Malone appearing below.
